The following classes can be provided on site:
We can conduct these classes at your facility for up to 20 employees per session.
Cost: $700.00 for class plus $5.00 per student for employee training workbook.
1) HAZWOPER Annual Refresher (8 hour Class) 29 CFR 1910.120
Hazards Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training requirements require a base course and annual refresher training. This course is designed to provide the refresher or an awareness level training for employees working with Hazard Waste under CERCLA or RCRA requirements. For RCRA Generators this will cover the topics required under 1910.120 (p).
Review of core requirements and OSHA/EPA updates to requirements
Review of Chemicals including HAZCOM, fundamentals of chemical exposures and toxicology.
Responding to an Emergency at your facility
Emergency Response Plans and Procedures
Personnel Protective Equipment --Determining and selection and limitations of PPE
Decontamination Procedures
Confine Space and working in IDLH Atmospheres
2) HAZWOPER First Responder Awareness (8 hour Class) 29 CFR 1910.120 q
Our class will cover OSHA requirements and ensure employees complete the competencies recommended by NFPA 472.
If you organization has the following activities or processes then your employees should attend the First Responder Courses. These courses are minimal level training required for employees to be prepared for incidents that will take a defensive posture.
1. Large Quantity Generator (LQG)- RCRA Hazardous Waste
2. Report Chemicals to the LEPC—TIER II Report
3. Have chemicals in reportable quantities (RQ) that must be reported to the EPA.
4. Transport Hazardous Materials (DOT)

3) DOT – HM 126 Class (4 modules) 49 CFR
Why: If you are responsible for shipping hazardous materials (defined by DOT) then this class will cover the essential elements that DOT require for the HM—126F Course. Three of the training modules will be covered during this class.
